Ratings and Reviews

Ratings and Reviews is a content rating system that enables you to let Users rate or review Courses, Classes, Enrollments, and LearnCenter pages. Ratings are star ratings Users can give an item by clicking the appropriate star. Reviews are comments Users can write about the items.

Enabling this feature lets Users provide public feedback to each other--and ultimately to you-- about the content you have provided. This information may be useful when deciding which items are popular and successful, and which need to be updated or removed. You have the ability to limit ratings and reviews to only specific Courses, Classes, Enrollments, and LearnCenter pages, or you can make every Course, Class, Enrollment, or LearnCenter page available for ratings and reviews. You can moderate Users comments before they are made public. There is also a built-in obscenity filter (currently for use in English-US only).

This feature is available at no charge to you, but must be activated by a member of Support. Contact Customer Support through My Oracle Support to have it activated for your LearnCenter.

View Management Links (sub permission of Manage Options)
View Content
View Ratings (sub permission of Manage Ratings)
Modify Ratings (sub permission of Manage Ratings)
Upload Files (sub permission of Manage Files)
